Terms & Conditions – Ready To Dance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings for dance classes offered by Ready To Dance (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a class, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide children’s dance classes in block bookings only.

  • Classes are designed to be safe, fun, and age-appropriate.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings are final and non-transferable.

  • A place in a class is only secured once full payment has been received.

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full and upfront through our approved payment methods (Stripe payment links).

  • We do not accept payment on the day of the class.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you cancel: We do not offer refunds or rescheduling if you are unable to attend after booking.

  • If we cancel a class: We will provide a full refund for the affected class or, if agreed, offer credit towards a future class.

5. Safety & Participant Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians confirm that their child is physically fit to take part in dance classes.

  • Any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns must be disclosed to us before participation.

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment. However, participation in physical activity carries inherent risks.

  • Except where required by law, Ready To Dance is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during normal participation in classes.

6. Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructor’s guidance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any child whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

7. Children’s Classes

  • All children under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for drop-off and collection at the venue.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
