Google Workspace (Gsuite) including Gmail and Google Sheets

We keep client information for as long as you remain an active client. If you stop attending, we may keep limited records for up to 24 months for administrative, tax, or legal purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

Squarespace – website and form hosting
Mailchimp – marketing emails
Google Workspace – email and spreadsheets

We welcome under-18 participants, but all bookings must be made by a parent or guardian.
We only collect the child’s name and age for class management purposes.
